Internet Explorer 9 - Not yet!

Please be advised we recently discovered an incompatibility between Internet Explorer 9 and VisNetic MailFlow.

Deerfield engineers are working to resolve the issue and will notify all MailFlow customers when we can confirm compatibility between IE9 and VisNetic MailFlow.

We have reports from some users that running IE in compatibility mode resolves the crashing of IE however we are unable to confirm "compatibility mode" resolves the problem for all. Therefore we are advising users to refrain from upgrading to Internet Explorer 9. If you are already running IE9 we advise that you uninstall version 9 and revert to a previous version.

Uninstalling IE9 is simple and can be done following these uninstall instructions from Microsoft.
